on-water afterschool – our students

Rocking the Boat On-Water students hail from high schools throughout the Bronx and Manhattan such as Banana Kelly, Bronx Guild, Clinton, FLAGS, Gompers, HS for Violin and Dance and HS for Environmental Studies among others. We come to Rocking the Boat because it gives us the opportunity to explore the world around us in a safe and exciting way. We get out into the world in our own community and beyond through our work at RTB and trips that we take with the program. Plus, Rocking the Boat provides us with opportunities for science and math learning in a real world setting that helps us a lot in school. And not only that! We can also get class, internship or community service credit that helps to further our high school careers. Thanks RTB!
